• At sea day: cooking demo

    There are activities scheduled on board every day, whether we’re at sea or in port. But on sea days there are sometimes special activities like today’s cooking demonstration with Executive Chef Farid Oudir and Pastry Chef Sheila Diaz. Chef Farid demonstrated how to make “Veal medallions, mushroom ragout, sautéed apple flambé” while Chef Sheila demonstrated how to make Alfajores. Such fun!Read more
