A popular beach destination for people from Rio, Cabo Frio is known for its long stretches of white sand beaches. It was a tender port so we hopped on the tender boat and headed ashore to walk around. Because it was Sunday, most shops were closed and the beach was packed with Brazilians enjoying a day off.
