    Relaxing in Taroudant

    We’re staying at a lovely resort and had the day free. We lounged by the pool and read, walked around the beautifully landscaped grounds and Brad went for a massage. A welcome break after our go-go-go schedule.

    Because it’s Ramadan, the town will come alive in the late afternoon/early evening as people hustle to the market to buy food for breaking the fast at sundown. That’s when we headed there. The town is often called “Little Marrakech” because of its busy suk. And it was busy! After visiting the market we returned to the resort for dinner.    Read more
