• Kīlauea, Volcano Nationalpark

    We felt adventurous today and decided to visit one of the most activ volcano on this planet🌋

    But to our disappointment there wasn’t any „activ“ lava, because we would have walked along the lavarivers and feel the heat and smell the sulfur.
    Anyway, it was still very fascinating and our guide knew a lot about volcanos and told us many interesting stories, some were actually really terrifying😉

    I‘ll never forget the moment we stood on the crater, some tiny smokeclouds here and there and the smell was very intense. It was kinda spooky to see what such a volcano can do to landscapes and the hole nature and i mean the last eruption was on the 3.5.2018... and we still saw the devastatio it made.
