Haleakalā

This night/morning we got up at 2am because we wanted to see the sunrise from the summit!

We were really early to drive up before we need to pay the nationalpark-fee 😇
The street has many curves and lead you in zig-zag to 3000 meters above sealevel.
We arrived at about 5am and the sunrise was around 6.45 so while Anna and Andrea were taking a nap in the car i explored the area😅

Slowley they were more and more cars and it was time to get ready to enjoy the sunrise!

It was absolutley amazing how the clouds slowly started to get colorful and how the sun climbed up the horizon. That was a stunning spectacle and very funny how we felt how it got warmer with every second the sun got up☀️En savoir plus
