After lunch we visited the castle. We had a great view over the city and learned some facts about Edinburgh and the earls/ king ect. After that we just walked around and enjoyed the city👌🏻

Doune Castle

Today we’re traveling with „Rabbies“ in the scottish highlands!
Our guide was perfect and she told us the story of Edinburgh in a funny way!

The first stop was at Doune Castle. There lived the earldom of Sterling in the middle age🤷🏻‍♀️
It was a impressive castle and i liked the kinda-dungeons.

Inveraray Castle

For lunchtime we were at this beautiful castle. It a a gorgeous garden and stunning furniture and patterns. This castle was used/ inspired for Downtown Abbey.🏰
We ate in a restaurant in the cute city and walked around Loch Fyne before we took the bus back to Edinburgh.Read more

Calton Hill

After the trip deep into the highlands we were back in the city and right on time for the sunset.
We enjoyed the magic and ate delicious burger in the Hard Rock Cafe🍔

Cramond Island

This island is really special because you only can visit it when the tide is right😂
So we looked when the water is low and we walked over the freshly uncovered path (but covered with shells and little crabs) onto the island!
We had a giant rainbow which made the place even more magical🌈
We walked around and suddenly a dangerous looking black cloud came closer and closer toward us.. We ran the way back but the weather was faster. Our clothes, shoes and backpack were soaking wet and now with the wet clothes it was freezing🥶Read more
