I wonder why here, the snow is low on the pasture and hills above are green. The opposite of Innsbruck. First photo is Landeck, second is Innsbruck.
ReisenderIt might be related to clouds. Los clouds can trap the cold in the bottom of the valley while it's warmer in the hills above the clouds. It's called a temperature inversion. Cold low warm going up.
