looks like the speed bump is pretty efficient at slowing people down, and the other people just have to "go for it"..... I would be sitting there for a month before I could cross...lol
VoyageurThis city would be hazardous for people who are rules followers as you’d never get anywhere. I learned the rule is…You cross when you see an opening, cars go when they see an opening. In the end you hope you all don’t end up at the same place at the same time.
