Woke up early and got into a shuttle van for the 1 hour ride into the Argentine pampas region where we visited a ranch. Similar to any 1850’s US ranch. There were horses to ride, historic houses to tour, animals to pet and food to eat. It was a full day adventure. Reminded me of the working farm tour I took when I lived in New Zealand.Meer informatie

ReizigerInteresting saddle,or lack there of, on the trail horse. Looks like you are sitting on just a pile of blankets with just a single leather strap to hold it on to the horse. No strips for your feet, no horn for your hands to hold. How did you get on and stay on top of the animals?
