I see why 10,000 foreigners (ex pats) call this town home. At least on my first impression.
Walkable, cheery, food options, calm (except for an obvious love of car horns), and nice weather.

wait!.... They have a special "zone" for drinking?!?! that implies that not all restaurants serve alcohol?... Can you buy it in the convenience stores?
TravelerI think it is an area that allows outdoor drinking and open containers are allowed. I’d like to see it over the weekend.
