Texas - Hard Eight BBQ

Smoked BBQ by the pound? How can we say no to that. Thanks to Marc’s niece Anita and her partner Chris we literally ate it up. We tried it all. Turkey, ham, brisket, beef ribs, sausage, and jalapeño sausage. All of the sides were just icing on the cake. It was fun to walk past the smoker and point to the meats and order by the volume you wanted to put in your tummy. Then they weigh it and charge accordingly.

We ate and “talked story” for way too long. Thanks Anita and Chris for our new favorite Texas BBQ experience. We hope to see you soon somewhere else on the planet soon.Lue lisää
