Sunday Roast

Edinburgh, and all of the UK for that matter, have many restaurants that feature a Sunday Roast. Roast beef, rustic vegetables, gravy and a Yorkshire pudding (the roll/pastry thing). My mom who grew up in Manchester would frequently cook a roast beef with vegetables and it is truly a home cooked meal for me. Now we search them out each Sunday.
