Arrowtown to Aoraki/Mt Cook

Started Trip with a Bike Ride in Arrowtown. We unfortunately lost Derrick and Nancy from Canada, shortly into the ride, with Nancy taking an exceptionally bad fall and breaking her wrist and dislocation in her shoulder.
We also had Josie go down with some skin scraps but alive, and Susan injures her wrist also but thankfully no breakage.

Tricky start to the trip for sure, but Jess handled everything well and our guests were amazing at being patient and kind while we sorted everything and everyone out.
