ViajeroIt's bonito flakes... Which are extremely thin slices of tuna. The movement isn't from air flow but rather it's a reaction to heat and moisture. Pretty cool!

How do they keep the shark from eating the fish?
ViajeroWhale sharks mostly eat krill plus I think they keep everything well fed so they don't go hunting.
