Into Slovenia

Stopped at a Stellplatz at the back of a hotel just off the Autoroute on the way to Slovenia. Peaceful night and great facilities in the Hotel. But nothing comes cheap it seems in Germany and Austria. Free park ups are few and far between. However soldiered on to Kranjska Gora just across the border for a bit of lunch then onto Bled and the lake campsite - no chance the place was heaving. Looks like a great place to spend some time though. Ended up at Camping Sobec just along the road. It’s a resort, nae cheap, but we were glad to get somewhere. A super site and there were some great pitches on the river. Now we are in Ljubljana, the capital, on a car park belonging to a restaurant. 15 euros but you don’t have to eat there. The bike ride was about 5 minutes into Lub center. A wettish sort of day and I wouldn’t hurry back. After the superb Salzburg, Ljubljana fell a bit short IMO. We did find a Nespresso shop though 👍. Never mind we push on tomorrow into Croatia.Baca lagi
