Day 9, to South of Fez

Had a nice run down to South of Fez. Roads were sometimes interesting. From fresh new tarmac to a road under repair with a grader trying to flatten it. Had a few miles of gravel roads under construction, we had to pass some vehicles as they were going to slow. While keeping an eye out for mad overtakes by the locals. Seen a few close calls on the roads today. I
went into a local shop in a remote wee village and got some bottled water. It was only 1.2 dirham, the smallest note I had was 100. Felt bad about it, but left the shopkeeper with the coins. He wanted to give me more water, but I didn't take it. The bypass road through Fes had Brian Black stressed to the max. Had some local on a moped following for miles trying to get us to let him guide us to a hotel, I kept saying no following my Sat nav. Once he eventually realised after about 4 or 5 miles.
