Day 11 out the desert to the mountains.

The day started out at 35c at 9am , got up to near 40c as we travelled. Once climbing in to the High Altas mountains it started to drop. Currently low 20s c. Our host thinks its cold , we don't as we sat outside in the breeze. Short day on the bikes 180ish miles. Had plenty of stops to buy water in wee local shops, as we were thirsty most of the morning. Brian Black isn't broken today, but his bike needed a wee lie down at the end of the day. Some of the local foke live a very simple life with very little, its very humbling to see.Weiterlesen
