Belgaum

Belgaum is not the usual vacation destination, but as the native place of my friend, it will host his wedding reception. By arriving we could already feel the difference in air humidity and see the palms that gave us that refreshing vacation sensation.
Belgaum is known for the sugar cane plantations, which reminds me a bit of home. The main monument to visit is the Belgaum Fort, which recently opened after a renewal. The sunset from there is amazing and the view is really calming in the middle of all the madness of Indian cities.
