Final day in the UK

Day 29
Another early day to get ready for the drive to Heathrow. Met David and Val for Brekky (along with Sarah and Steve). Tears as usual when Gail says good bye to her English family.
Thought we best leave early in case of the dreaded motorway traffic jams. But…..totally uneventful drive straight to the airport.
Found a bar and plonked ourselves there till the flight. Met a lovely couple from the US. She happened to be a special needs teacher so we all know how the conversation went. Czytaj więcej
