Day 47 - Tewantin

Day 47 is the first official day of the second half of our adventure. 93 days on the road. day 46 to 47 starts the downward journey.

Woke to the sound of rain this morning which in other circumstances would trigger misery and gloom, but it’s a nice change.

Today was extremely chilled for Gail and I.

Graham, Karen, Bree, Bonnie and Brett headed to Australia Zoo. Ruby went to doggie day care.

Peter and Julie headed to Brisbane to get their car serviced and catch up with some of Julie’s work colleagues. Stevie stayed at Dave and Gail’s doggie day care.

Anne took Peppa and Mace for a vet checkup first. She returned to the park, left them both in Dave and Gail’s doggie day care then went to Jodie’s place.

So we were doggie day care for most of the day. Gail also gave the van a great clean.

I managed to find the local Woolies to get some veges for tonight’s roast pork.
