Ang Thong National Marine Park

Another early start to catch a speedboat to Ang Thong National Marine park in the gulf of Thailand off the coast of Koh Samui. A bit of cloud cover was welcomed today given we were out sea kayaking and at the blue lagoon (emerald lake) this morning and trekking up to a viewpoint over looking the islands in the afternoon. Despite the clouds, the heat and humidity was high and the 260m ascent in this climate demanded quite an effort although not to my surprise the views were stunning.
