BUS TO DAhmma Sacca - silence x9 days. Gained 8 lbs and suffered but was able to sit and meditate x1hr w no movement ND focus.
Crazy thinking and fantasy for 3-4 days, then settled in, day 10 was joyous. Wrong about just about everyone
