Mexico Hail Mary

It was the best of times and the worst of times. This was our final "Hail Mary". the cancer was growing and nothing we through at it seemed to stop it. The best of times were the people who were in similar situations bonding together as healing as any energy could be.

The worst of times was when we discovered instead of using 10% chemo, the clinic used 100% twice. And that made Lynda's hair fall out. I have never seen someone so devastated as she was when they shaved it off. I still have that lock of hair that she kept. The entire ponytail was all that remained.

The people kept us going though, and most people in these pictures have long since passed.Leer más
