We lunched at 1238 The Battle of Iceland and then failed to resist visiting the exhibition of this famous Icelandic battle. The exhibition was fun, mainly because of a virtual reality battle. Turns out I'm not great at throwing spears!
Glaumbaer was a historic farm with turf covered farm buildings which you could explore to see how Icelanders lived 150 years ago. We then went to Reyjafoss and Fosslaug - a waterfall next to a natural hot spring pool by a river. Evening was disco night in our guesthouse.Read more
