Into a glacier

This morning we took a trip into a glacier. A man made tunnel takes you (with crampons on) 40 metres below the surface of the ice. Getting there in the specially converted missile launcher was an experience in itself. We drove past signs showing where the glacier had been every 10 years.Read more
