New Orleans is right next to the Gulf of Mexico, so it makes sense that they have a lot of really good seafood. In Kansas, it's difficult to get good seafood being landlocked so far away from the ocean. At Oceana Bar and Grill, I found some rather interesting food. Whole crabs.
