Cunnamulla to Goondiwindi

Around 7 degrees when we left Cunnamulla but it felt warmer. We couldn't find a rest area within 100km so we just pulled off the road for breakfast. Of course there was a truck pullover spot 13km later! We had lunch at St George at a pub with a fireplace in the beer garden - seemed to be a very popular spot just across from the river. Although this was the Adventure Way, the road was not in good condition. Saw a few dead feral pigs on the side of the road and lots of live emus.Read more
