    Esperance to Fraser Range Station

    17 juli 2019, Australië

A little while after starting off this morning we decided the car sounded a little 'whiney'. After investigating under the bonnet at a service station we phoned the RAC. The mechanic who came suggested we were burning oil so go to see another mechanic, who put oil in, suggested a sevice when we get across the Nullarbor and that we get more oil. That meant going down the road to Repco, after which we stopped at Bunnings for coffee as it was close. No more noise from the car but we took it slowly to Norseman. Lovely salmon gums along the way (and a place called Salmon Gums). Norseman was named after an early goldminer's horse - the street signs have a horse and a gold nugget on them.Meer informatie
