Lake Louise, Athabasca Glacier, Emerald

Coach tour from here until we get on the cruise ship. Visited Lake Louise, then through the Icefields Parkway. Walked on the Athabasca Glacier then to Emerald Lake for the night.

Backtracking to Kamloops as we were supposed to be at Jasper but the itinerary changed because of the fires. Three Valley Lake has a "ghost town" where lots of local abandoned buildings were moved to.Read more

We went up Blackcomb Mt via the Gondola, across to Whistler Mountain via the Peak to Peak, then the Skybridge via the ski lift. Saw some Hoary Marmots, they whistle, hence the name.
