Rest day Berducedo

Restful day sitting in the sun and planning our next two (and final) weeks. We’ve been told that there is a shortage of accommodation as you get closer to Santiago so we have been trying to book ahead.
The owner here is alternately very grumpy and very kind. She is very huffy if you ask her anything but did our washing for us and bought Claire some gluten free bread. She seems to be running the whole place without help so maybe she has an excuse.
Berducedo is a strange place where all the locals seem to be a bit unfriendly. We were refused food in one place and given a less than warm welcome at the other.Read more
