    Here we go again, day 1

    Lift from Lydia into Liverpool. A few beers then a telling off as we were late at the gate. An hour wait at the airport for our transfer then a 2-hour convoluted drive to ours (note to not do this again). Apartment not where I thought it was but just opposite the square in Los gigantes.     Day 2 local

    Helen did her walk, then we met for coffee near Lidls. Went for a walk to Puerto del santiago and found Mam and Ron having a meal for his Ron's 80th. Back to Lidls for supplies them back for pre's then a meal in the square with a good singer. Went to bed with a bad head (dehydrated).Read more

    Day 3 Boat trip

    Helen did her walk then we had a coffee and got ready for the boat trip. Had a beer by the beach, then got to the front of the queue. On the bigger boat this time, had a few beers, plus our bubblegum vodka and liquers. Great sighting of the pilot whales, then headed for a stop and Mark did the pirate boat swing. Home for pre's.     Day 4 a walk

    Helen did her walk, then we decided to go for a long walk, possibly to San Juan. However, Sam's hip was playing up, so after Legends we just did a short walk to the coast path.     Day 5 - the 'session'

    We had good intentions to have a pool day, but it all went south. Had a beer at Domingos where we bumped into Elliot from Bridgend. He invited us to the Sangria bar with his housemate Ian, and a session ensued. After a freshen up we went to the 'Russian' bar, then into the Cocktail bar run by Paul the Irish guy.     Day 6 Playa San Juan

    Day 7 Costa Adeja

    The bus trip Took a good 1.5 hours due to traffic and convoluted route. Settled at a bar/restaurant on the front and had a few beers, some wine and lunch. Lucky to get in the return bus as so busy. Home by 7.30 and then out for a few beers at Richardsons watching Roxy, who Sam loved.Read more

    Day 8 Night out with Mam

    Walked over to see Mam and Ron with Sam. Breakfast/brunch at Legends, then back home. Booked to eat at the Indian and had a beer at the Russija bar while Sam had a 'nap'.     Day 9 Goodbyes & home

    Packed our bags and went for a coffee at Tipsys. Back to grab everything, then onto the square for our final session. Mark nearly left his trainer on the stairs in the apartment 😳. Ron and Mam showed up while we had wine and some grub at the kebab place. Back up to the bus stop for our transfer, all good and at the airport in good time. Marks ears went in the descent, the pressure pain keeping him up into the early hours. Back into cold Britain after a fun filled sunny week 😎Read more
