Mexico City - Day 2

Mike and i met at a traditional yucatan restaurant near the zocalo for lunch. I unwittingly ordered a massive turkey leg that was smothered in awesome mole sauce. Yummy but kinda weird on its own. No way could i dream of finishing this massive plate!

Then met up with kris in front of the cathedral for the walking tour we signed up for. I had already seen most of the locations but our tour guide warryor was quite a character with lots of fun anecdotes tying everything together.

After the tour, i promised the guys i would show them a few of my favorite beer spots. Unfortunately i misremembered and brought them to the wrong first spot. Still, we had some decent beers.

Then i took them to yeccan which is my home away from canada. The staff and owner always recognize me and treat me like long lost family. And the craft beers are always great. A little out of stock this time but a good time :)Baca lagi
