Day 6 - Pamplona

Good mountain biking route today - mainly off road, with lots of tricky rocky sections. Lots of people on the first part of the route this morning, from all over the world. Collected some more stamps for our Camino passports. The baggage transfer is working well. We leave our bags at the hotel reception by 8am with some money, and they are there waiting for us at the next hotel - a great service so far.
39kms cycled today, 740m up, 1150m down.

*Anyone doing the route is referred to as a pilgrim or peregrino (or bicigrino if cycling), whether doing it for religious purposes, or like us, just for an adventure. You can collect stamps along the way (from cafes, hotels, churches) to get a certificate (compostela) at the end.Read more
