Day 70 - The Tiger's Nest

We made the Tiger's Nest today after some hard climbing. About 600m of ascent and descent at an altitude of 3100m plus. All of our group made it including one chap due to reach his 70th birthday in the next couple of months. The monastery was set in glorious scenery and we couldn’t have wished for better weather - about 3 degrees in the morning leading to about 19 degrees (felt hotter) in the afternoon.
