Ingersol Tavern

In this unmarked building the girls who were claimed to be possessed gave their testimony to who the witches were that were responsible for their afflictions. No other buildings directly involved in the witch trials remain standing. It was odd that there was no marker or any sign at the site. We found the site from a brochure given to us at the historical museum and from a geocahing adventure lab that located the building and provided background info on it.Read more
