A Festival- Finally! 2021

Our first festival since 2019! The weather is crappy but it doesn't matter. Animal shows, jelly beans, soft pretzels and a magician! It was great! It's so good to be back with people again. Diane got a bear suit too. Brown dog sat it out in Pickles cuz of the rain. Going to go get some lunch food next ( we filled up on sweets already). Had a blast here in walkarusa.Read more

March 8th 2020 was our last big outing before the vid and lockdown. It only seemed appropriate that we return in 2021 and officially call it over for the DnrSeeker gang. OVER.

There that's done. As before we are headed next door to Carlson's drive in for some chow. The weather is nice and we are having a good time. It's really great to be out. Never thought it would take over a year to get back.Read more

So here we are at the 1/2 mile long Studebaker sign on May 8th 2021. It's cold and the sun disappeared. The trees that make up the sign are big. CCC planted them back in the nineteen thirties.

Wow, it was absolutely wonderful in the auditorium at the high school. It sounded so beautiful. Note to later selves, if you haven't gone to see them play lately kick yourselves in the keester and make yourself go. You've forgotten how fantastic it is. It's worth it.

It was scheduled for the park but we are glad it got moved. It was Just a little too damp for the outside concert at the park this year so indoors it went.

We were outside doing the hedge stones earlier today and were soaking wet. The yard is a mess. The concert is a nice break.

And by the way, this was the ears end too. We went and got the last elephant ear before he packed up today. Ate it down by the dixie park. The first ski show of the year was yesterday. They also planted the new pine tree and arborvitaes today. Biggie day!Read more
