Limon, Costa Rica

Beautiful coastline as we approached Limon. Did not have time to visit the town as we went on an excursion to have an aerial gondola ride through the rainforest. It took over two hours to reach the national park but it was stunning. Dense tropical rainforest. The ride took an hour but it was slow and virtually silent. There were six of us in the gondola and a guide who explained about the trees and plants we were passing. Saw no animals but did see toucans and humming birds. Then did a short walk to see butterflies. A very rewarding day.Читать далее
