Destination Salzburg

Left our delightful hotel in the mountains heading for Salzburg, such different scenery now. On autobahn for some of the time but mostly on secondary roads. Stopped at the village of Hallstatt, very touristy but lovely to walk around. Houses with their decks built out over the lake. Found a picnic spot overlooking the town, so lovely to enjoy it all with Bruno & Gabi. Stopped at another little town on another lake, so picturesque. Settled into our hotel and caught a taxi in to town, driver an absolute rat, hated the English, thought the queen and everyone associated with England were terrorists, Bruno loved stirring, so funny.
