Also known as "Little England," as this was a favorite location during the colonial ers due to its higher elevation and mild climate. There are many features here reminiscent of the English. First is the old Windsor Hotel, dating from the period. Next is a former colonial administration building, now a bank. Next is the Turf Club, aka horse racing facility. Next is part of the golf club.
