    Another UNESCO world heritage natural area. We hiked through the rainforest, looking mostly at plants that grow in an upland (above 1500 meters more or less) forest. The first picture is along the trail. The rest, in order, are rattan, the smallest orchid here (an epiphyte), another orchid (this time a terrestrial one), a broad leaf fern (sometimes called dragon century fern as it is a living fossil that was around then) and an ant fern where the stem has many holes that ants use as a nest while they protect the plant.Read more
