Local market

Not too far from Lovina where we stayed. This market looks typical, but is on two levels. Envision a parking deck with stairs instead of car ramps, and you have a good image of the structure. While most of the pictures might be familiar, the last one shows traditional Hindu offering baskets made from sewn leaves and filled with flowers, etc. to be taken to temples or businesses or other places where prayers for good fortune might be made, either as intercessions or as thanksgivings.Read more
