Bacharach

Bacharach (no, not Burt) is the other small town. This one is an important wine town in the middle Rhine wine region. The area produces some of the best Riesling anywhere. I did taste some, and it is very good.
The 1st 3 pictures are of the town. The 2nd set of 3 pictures is inside the main evangelical church in town. I was taken by the section of wall that appears to have been uncovered, perhaps during renovation work, and left as it was. That is the 5th pictureBaca lagi
