Butterfly

We finished up at the waterfalls and had some spare time and thanks to two well spoken young ladies they convinced us to walk the 300 meters to the butterfly 🦋 park. This park was opened by two Dutchmen who sold everything they owned in Holland and moved to Laos 🇱🇦 to create this learning centre for the school children and the public.
A great experience was had, they explained the process of the butterfly’s and showed us a number of them that would have been hard to find. After we were done a few moments in the market before we boarded our bus back to town. Note the video of the fan with a bag on it to keep the fly’s off the food!!! Very ingenious of them.Read more
