    Beef cheeks tasted like pastrami. Best item. Very soft and moist

    Pulled pork is moist and no sauce and tastes like pork

    Pork ribs were also tender

    Brisket was unspiced besides salt and pepper but tasted smoked. Also moist.

    Jalapeño cheddar sausage had a tough skin. Davis has better sausage

    Food was good but restaurant not a good value. The lamb was 52 dollars for 4 lamb chops

    Happy hour had 10 dollar drinks in small coup glasses. Price is good but size is small. But at least no ice.

    Drive in soft serve. Fruit flavors are vegan. Got pineapple vanilla swirl. Any flavor can be swirled with vanilla. Can put two flavors on top of each other

    Pineapple was subtle. Wonder if it was real juice. Think getting chocolate or vanilla better

    Pistachio mortadella sandwich. The meat is saltier than Italy. Also the cream had sugar or something added to it that was a nice balance. Italy had a thicker focaccia while this one was crunchy. Can’t taste pistachio. Think best to avoid pistachio as it is too delicate a flavor and easily overpowered

    Pho was tasteless. Duck egg roll was pretty good

    The pork with rice noodles was good

    Turmeric fish banh mi had a lot of breading. Needed the sauce.

    Got kumquat yogurt drink that was salty sweet.

    Small plates were more creative sounding. The Foie gras dish was very good. The cavatelli was firm and tasted very green like the pea shoots were raw tasting
