TravelerI love how beautiful the Camino is! It hasn't been junked up with all sorts of touristy stuff. What a great pilgrimage site. I'm so glad you did this.
Travelerwell to be fair unfortunately there is plenty of that.... I simply choose not to focus on it. As I have alluded before one of big disappointments is the fact that so many churches are closed. Sometimes a 5 minutes solitude moment and a fast Prayer is all one may need...

That makes me think of France where so many churches have been turned into public secular spaces…very sad. [Rosemary]
