National Shrine of The Divine Mercy

The day started with another beautiful morning during which we had to figure out Plan B since, as mentioned previously, all serious hiking was out.
Completely out of the blue, I stumbled upon the National Shrine of The Divine Mercy, which looked appealing, and we decided to take a drive. Boy, were we not disappointed!
The place is magnificent, the grounds are stunning, the Sanctuary beautiful.
We learned about the Marians and were surprised to see lots of references and connections to St.Faustina (although in retrospect it should not be so since she is Polish)

I hope everyone forgives me going slightly ape on this; we spent slightly over 2 hours here all together and of course try ad we may pictures sometimes don't do justice to a natural beauty of places...
