The Casino

After dinner, I briefly walked through the casino. Actually, the plan was to play something after the visit to "The Hook", but the desire has passed me. There are two floors. Smoking is everywhere. All the faces - those of the players, the dealer, the security - look unhappy and absent. It's all darkened, noisy, and looks like the 80s. The whole thing left me so depressed and at the same time socially emotionally overwhelmed that I don't want to spend a minute here. At least I've seen it now. Thanks, enough.

Nach dem Abendessen bin ich kurz durchs Casino gelaufen. Eigentlich war der Plan nach dem Besuch bei "The Hook" etwas zu spielen, aber die Lust ist mir vergangen. Es sind zwei Etagen. Überall wird geraucht. Alle Gesichter - die der Spieler, der Spielleiter, der Wachleute - gucken unglücklich und abwesend. Es ist alles verdunkelt, laut, und sieht aus wie in den 80ern. Das ganze hat mich so deprimiert und gleichzeitig sozial emotional überfordert, dass ich hier nicht eine Minute verbringen möchte. Ich habs jetzt immerhin mal gesehen. Danke, reicht.Read more
