Skyline Drive Shenandoah Nationalpark

Today I went from Washington to Luray, Virginia in the beautiful Shenandoah National Park. You have surely sung about the river with the same name before, because "Country Roads" is about that and the area. Skyline Drive has a lot of parking lots with a view, so-called overlooks, and except for one, which was overgrown, you have an insanely beautiful view from all of them. See for yourself.

Von Washington aus ging es heute nach Luray, Virginia im schönen Shenandoah Nationalpark. Den Fluss mit gleichem Namen habt ihr sicherlich schon mal gesungen, weil um den und die Gegend geht es bei "Country Roads".
