Crown and Cushion, Eton.

Eton is almost a twin town with Windsor being directly across a footbridge and only 5 minutes from the castle.

This place is the quintessential English pub experience with sloping floors and narrow staircases. My room is cosy and clean, bed comfy and the bathroom modern.

The menu here is not too complicated and last night I had a great steak. I mean great, with handcut chips (skin on) and four veg, perfectly cooked.
