Alice Springs

Well it was extremely unfortunate that yesterday's stopover in Kathrine didn't go ahead due to our delayed departure. Today was sight seeing in the Alice which, being surrounded by craggy, treeless and inhospitable mountains reminded me of Queenstown Tasmania; except for the temperature of course.
